Upcycled Canister with The Graphics Fairy

I'm still on my paper project kick apparently!  Although the urge to get outside and spray paint has been getting stronger by the day.  Here's what I made...

I needed something to hold my pretty pencils.  This is what she looked like before...

This came in a hot cocoa gift package that I got for Christmas.  The marshmallows are long gone, but I held onto this little container.

These are the papers I decided on for my project.  The shipping label is from The Graphics Fairy. I also used Mod Podge and some very pretty metal brads.

I trimmed my paper and Mod Podged it onto the canister.  I knew I was going to put the lid on the bottom so it would be more useful.   I tucked the ends of the paper inside the container. I did the same thing to the lid.

I used some clear scrap book adhesive to attach the label to the outside.  Using my punch, I made holes around the top, and added the brads.

Very simple, pretty cute, and useful to boot! Have a great Monday...
