Monogram wedding favor stickers

When my husband and I got married over fifteen years ago, our nieces and nephews were little.  Really, really little.  And wouldn't you know it, they all grew up.  One wonderful niece got married and had an adorable baby girl.  Another sweet niece is getting married this summer.  It's all very exciting, and a little mind-blowing.

I was beyond thrilled when my niece asked for my creative help with her wedding.  She is having a candy bar (cool!), where guests can walk along and fill a box with various sweets.  She wanted some sort of sticker to seal the box.  She was thinking about a monogram of sorts, and this is what I made for her...

Does the pretty frame look familiar?  The Graphics Fairy to the rescue!  I used Print Master to download the image and added the initials and the wedding date.  These were printed onto sheets of sticker paper, and punched out with my scallop punch.  Yup, I went old school with this one!

I made the box (with Rocco, my Silhouette) so you could see how they would work.  I love the way they look.  So does the Bride, which is what counts, right?  My niece is the easiest going bride I have ever encountered, which makes it so much fun...

I have one more wedding project to share, but I'm going to wait a little bit to share it.  You'll come back, won't you?  Cool...

  8. I just found your blog via a link from Fairy Graphics. I really like the stickers you made. I will have to share this with a friend who's daughter is getting married next June.
The bride wants to do a cottage garden theme wedding and I think this will help accent her day as they want to do some craft type things to help of set expenses. Thanks so much for sharing your ideas.

  10. Beautiful, Christine! It's wonderful that you have such a close relationship with your nieces and nephews. What lucky "kids"!

Thank you so much for linking up to last week's "A Little Birdie Told Me...". My apologies for the belated vist -- with July 4 falling on a Monday, it threw my whole schedule off, and I'm just now making the rounds to visit the party-goers from that week. Best, Jenn
