Feels like a Sunday...

Happy Memorial Day......Evening!  Wow has it been busy around here...

How about the winner of my pendant, since I said I would tell you about eight hours ago!  Kendra Smith--congratulations to you!!  I will send you an email, and we'll get this cutie out to you...

Just under the wire, I recycled a glass jar using paint and a pretty label from The Graphics Fairy.

This started out as an olive jar, which I saved for it's shape.  I mixed up some paint, using blue, black, and white acrylic paints.  I poured it into the jar and swirled (technical term) it until the inside was covered.

I love this label, it's really stunning...I trimmed it with pretty scissors and Mod Podged it to the jar.  I finished it off with some fancy ribbon from my ever-growing collection {insert eye roll here}.  When it's completely dry, I will put some fake flowers in it...I just don't think water would work with the paint.

I hope that you all enjoyed your long weekend!
